A statement of boards, councils, committees and other bodies consisting of two or more person constituted as its part or for the purpose of its advice, and as to whether meeting of those boards, councils, committees and other bodies are open to the public or the minutes of such meeting are accessible for public.

The Board is supreme body to run the functions of the Corporation having 11 members. Five members are being nominated/appointed by the Central Warehousing Corporation and Five are nominated by the State Govt. The Chairman of the Board of Directors is also appointed by the State Government under intimation to the CWC. Besides, an Executive Committee is constituted by the Board of Directors from within the members of Board of Directors. The minutes of both the above said authorities/committees are being circulated to all the members of Board of Directors/Executive Committee under the power of Warehousing Corporations Act, 1962 and rules made there under. Appellate Authority comprising of Chairman of Board of Directors and two members of the Executive Committee has been constituted to decide the appeal cases filed by the employees of the Corp The meetings of Board of Directors, Executive Committee and Appellate Authority are not opened to the public
