The general superintendence and management of affairs of the Corporation is vested in a BOD which acts on various principles having regard to public interest and also guided by such instructions on policy as may be given by the State Government or Central Warehousing Corporation. The Managing Director exercises such and perform such duties as the Board of Directors may entrust or delegate to him. The Managing Director organizes and supervises the office of Corporation. The functioning of Corporation has been further divided under various Branch Managers to manage various functions of Corporation with Procurement, Storage, Legal, Accounts, Establishment, Quality Control, Movement, Engineering and Commercial matters.

The Branch Officers are further assisted by Superintendents, Assistants etc.
