About Us

The Punjab State Warehousing Corporation (PSWC) was originally established in 1958 for the purpose of warehousing of agriculture produce (Development & Warehousing) Corporations Act 1956 Which was subsequently replaced by Warehousing Corporation Act, 1962.

Declared as one of the procuring agencies of the state government in 1993-1994, the PSWC has not only been able to achieve the target fix but also has been maintaining it's impeccable records of rendering outstanding services to the farmers by arranging prompt payments for their produce.

Punjab State Warehousing Corporation (PSWC) with a network of 120 Warehouses in the state of Punjab, having total storage capacity of 53.82 lac MTs, 286 Procurement Centres, 2 Container Freight Stations and 3 Inland Container Depots is the largest State Warehousing Corporation of India and accounts for more than 33.63% of the total combined storage capacity of all the State Warehousing Corporations in India.
